Susan Burke has 30 years of comprehensive experience in property and asset management, tenant and base building construction project management, and redevelopment. Her expertise has been variously applied to office, retail, flex, multi-family, mixed-use, and government projects, and includes high profile projects such as The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC, and a 1.7 million square foot building in Rockefeller Center in New York City. As a regional manager for JMB/Heitman Properties, she was responsible for overseeing all property management functions for a portfolio in excess of 12 million square feet in Washington, DC, and the northeast and for directing the renovation of numerous commercial office buildings.

Ms. Burke’s more recent experience was as a construction and development manager for Urban Investments Advisors (formerly Starwood Urban Investments), where she oversaw the restoration, redevelopment, and repositioning of a portfolio of over 800,000 square feet of urban boutique retail and office properties, many of which were located within historic districts. She was also responsible for the completion of the retail and office components of a new, mixed-use project in Coral Gables, Florida.

Since joining TPSi, Ms Burke has provided project management oversight services on behalf of equity for several luxury condominium, apartment, and mixed-use projects in the metropolitan area. Additionally, she has performed due diligence services for potential equity or lenders in various stages of development, from conceptual, entitlement, and pre-construction to nearing completion of construction.

She was a Board Member and Past Chairman of the Franklin Square Association and a Board Member of the Golden Triangle BID. She has held a District of Columbia Property Management License.
