Jamison Berwager joined TPSi in 1998 as an Assistant Project Manager. Prior experience was with the Philadelphia Streets Department and Delaware River Port Authority. In the Philadelphia area, he was involved on a number of major bridge and highway restoration projects with respect to the material and the construction quality control process.

As a project manager with TPSi, Mr. Berwager has been directly involved in the property acquisition process for a number of national and international real estate investment firms. These acquisitions were located throughout the country but largely focused on the east coast and stretched from Massachusetts and New York to the southern tip of Florida. He has focused largely on the condition survey process with respect to the performance of detailed property surveys and the associated production, research, and quality of the condition survey reporting process. Mr. Berwager is also currently involved with a number of commercial building, garage and tenant renovations and installations.

Additional duties with TPSi include network systems and hardware and software oversight and maintenance.

• Provided continuous quality control and construction monitoring for 190 residential units through project completion, including punch list and closeout documents

First Potomac Realty Trust in Mid-Atlantic region

• Provided numerous condition surveys exceeding 4.5 million sf for industrial real estate REIT

ING in Mid-Atlantic region

• Provided numerous condition surveys exceeding 3 million sf of commercial and residential properties for international equity placement fund

CIM in Mid-Atlantic region

• Provided numerous condition surveys exceeding 2.1 million sf of commercial and residential properties for national equity placement fund

Starwood Urban Investments

• Provided numerous condition surveys exceeding 2 million sf of retail and hospitality properties for national real estate investment firm

Education

Mr. Berwager received an Associates degree in Engineering from Valley Forge Military College. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University.

Professional Affiliations

Mr. Berwager regularly volunteers for community service projects with Jubilee Support Alliance, a Washington, DC-based charitable organization that supports Jubilee Housing, a low-income housing provider.
